PRIVACY

Privacy policy.

What we hold, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

This policy explains what Atomic Studio Ltd does with personal information. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.

Who we are

Atomic Studio Ltd, company number 17284801, registered in England and Wales, registered office in Morpeth, Northumberland. We are the data controller for information collected through this site. Contact info@atomic.audio about anything in this policy.

What we collect

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use enquiry information to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest for answering enquiries, and contract where we are engaged. Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to paid work are kept for six years, which UK tax law requires.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing. It is handled by our email and hosting providers acting on our behalf, and it may be disclosed where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to info@atomic.audio and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
